Hi! I just found a creepy-as-hell-yet-amusing website called Conservapedia. Imagine Wikipedia written by extreme right-wing nutjobs. For proof of nutjobery, see the articles on Hitler, Obama, and any and all articles concerning homosexuality.

Hi! I don't have much say. Just spending the day catching up on things. Tuesday and Thursday are my busy school days this semester. I've got classes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday too, but not a lot. Oh, I got my books today too. Or should I say book. Six classes and I only needed one book (plus my Japanese textbook, but that doesn't count since I've had it for ages anyway). Even better, it was a $20 book. Cheapest semester ever.

Doodle...just wow. I can't tell if they're serious or not. I mean, they say they are "trustworthy" but they forget to mention how opinionated their articles are. You're right, it is sort of creepy/amusing.

Hi! The website is serious, it was started by a nutjob who thought that Wikipedia had a liberal bias. For example, did you know that *gasp* some of the people who edit Wikipedia ARE NOT FROM AMERICA?!?!? *Shock!*

Anyways... *coughCanadiancough.* what's even more weird is the Bible Retranslation Project, because the Bible evidently fails to warn us about the dangers of Socialism, welfare and Hollywood.

I did have a weird dream last night, though. Had to do with Treasure Island (though I never actually finished the book) and the Warriors series, only not. It was kinda weird, where "kinda" is a variable that means "extremely"

Hi! That site Doodle found is definately a bit out there, though you can't really deny that some Wikipedia articles are biased one way or another. It's hard not to let your own personal bias come through at least a little when writing something. And then there's some groups with a strong bias that are specifically out to get whatever doesn't fit their beliefs. For instance, Wikipedia has a very strong anti web comic crowd, which is why nearly all articles on individual web comics get deleted almost immediately. There's also a group of medical doctors who hate natural medicine and go around trying to edit all the pages about various types of natural medicine and treatments to make them sound like scams. Admitedly, some are scams but quite a lot of them are proven to be very effective.

New Pendragon book comes out today! I'll be heading out to get a copy soon so I can read it between classes.

Finally, on a forums related note, I'll planning to do a bunch of RP posts (ROM included) this weekend.

Hi! I have a thesis class tonight during my absolute least favorite time slot for classes (5:30-7:20). What's worse is that thesis class meetings are a total waste of time unless you have a lot of questions about what to do next in the thesis process, something I haven't really had since about two weeks into last semester. Sigh... At least it only meets once every two weeks and I'll get out in time to watch the season finale of Lost...
