My new scanner from Amazon came today. It's only slightly longer than my Mac and about half as heavy. I'm liking it so far. Just need to test the image quality.

I updated IPA yesterday, didja notice? :D I haz teh smrts.
And, I'm a MODERATOR! Eye can smite you aaaaaaalllll....weeelll, at least in the IPA section, that is.
So, I'm having a what-was-originally-gonna-be-a-two-week-late-birthday-party-but-is-now-just-come-over-and-chill-time-but-we-still-have-ice-cream party later today. Whoo.
Also, I feel really bad for my friend. He tried out for the Ultimate Frisbee team, and he's really good. There are three teams in the Highschool for Ultimate: Varsity, JV-A and JV-B. The JV-B is pretty much freshmen, but they did this so good freshmen could move up and they could have sophomores (and maybe the suckish junior) play on this team. Plus, I'm not sure there are enough freshmen for a pure freshmen team. Well, my friend tried out, and he was expecting JV-A with a slight chance of Varsity, but not really 'cos freshmen rarely make Varsity. He got JV-B, and he's really pissed. A few of his friends got JV-A, and, not to be rude, but he's better than them. Definatly. Aw...I'll prolly give him a hug once I get to skool today.

Hey.
Had my what-was-originally-gonna-be-a-two-week-late-birthday-party-but-is-now-just-come-over-and-chill-time-but-we-still-have-ice-cream party last night. Two people got me presents, even though I said not to (well, technically I guess I didn't say not to, I just told them it wasn't a birthday party and never asked for any...but I won't complain :D ). T'was really fun. Rock Band, Brawl (for a little bit), and just chillin'. Oh, and we pulled out my 7th grade project that I made with my friend (who was at the party). It was a board game calle Vikings Vs. Knights (we came up with the title on the due date 'cos we were all, "O SNAP WE NEED A TITLE!"). Basically, you had to either answer questions about France or Norway, depending which team you were on. Fun game. Two years ago, it had gotten to the point where you didn't need to read me the multiple choice for the Norway questions: I knew 'em all. I knew most of them with the multiple choice this time. Too bad I had to answer the France questions. >.<
Oh, and I think I mentioned that my friend's sister coaches a team of Little Kid DI'ers, and that they're going to States. Well, my friend's sister and her friend (who is the other coach) are going to college next year, so my friend is succeding his sister as coach, and I'm apparently the choice to succed the other coach due to the fact that the other coach's sister already has a team of Little Kid DI'ers. Whoo! Went to their practice yesterday, and they don't seem to hate me, which is a very good sign. :D

Hi! Passover (a Jewish holiday) stats Wednesday night. It's one of my favorite Jewish holidays, so I'm kinda happy, but it'd probably be a lot more fun if I could be at home for it instead of in AZ. And that means I need to clean my apartment before Wednesday night and eat up all my bread and other yeast based foods that require refridgeration before then.

So, MJT (kid theater group, this is the older version. 7th -10th graders...I think) has their production of Hello Dolly this weekend. Went to see it today. Knew a few people in it. My friend was one of the main characters. Cornelius, if that means anything to anyone. He was really good. MJT lets the cast sit down on the stage afterwards to sign autographs and talk to peoples. We did that for the play last year too (Jungle Book, funnest play I've ever been in...ever. Prolly just 'cos I got to play the villain, though :3 ). Went up and gave my friend a hug. He seemed to be recieving a good deal of hugs. Hugs are good. Hugs not drugs. *nod*
Well, back to drawing up my entry.
