Oi. Josiah, you're pulling the strings in this competition, but are you pulling the string of real life? I mean, two days were perfectly contrived. Yesterday was no verb day and I had a Latin test. And today we have to be mysterious, and we had a bomb scare or something. They won't tell us anything, as usual. We heard a bomb, a pound of crack (which we heard is worth $31,000, so I doubt that), flammable liquids (that was from one of the officials), or chemicals, among other things were in the building. They had police with bomb/drug smelling dogs, a helicopter circling the school, and news reporters hanging out around the school until past 5:00.

Anyway, we spent most of our day of school waiting outside on the cold bleachers before they moved us all into a cramped gym then sent us home...

And my sister, who is home for college's winter break, has disappeared...

Hi! So it's Friday. I was going to take my car in for an oil change today, but then, what should arrive to distract me but, an anime sale. That's right, an anime sale. Ever since I was first introduced to RightStuff, their sales have provided me with countless hours of entertainment even as they do their best to drain me of my money. But there were so many great things on sale that I had to make great and terrible choices in order to avoid losing all of my precious spending money. So now, the oil change has been postponed, not only for the sale, but also for my dad who suddenly has more work he wants me to do. And do it I shall so I can earn more money and, if I finish quickly I can devote some time to Metroid Prime 3 before returning here tonight to post heavily and score more posts.

Well, its hard to believe that the Week of Randomness is nearing an end. Though I'll be glad to go back to posting normally, I'll be looking forward to next year. Who knows what kind of wacky and unorthodox themes you will come up with. Hopefully it will be as good, if not better, than this year's. Or, from frustration with your busy schedule, will you discontinue it? I hope not, and I'm sure many forum members would agree. But I know you wouldn't do that to us. Or would you? No, you wouldn't...would you?

Yo! Yesterday I got my braces off! Which may not seem like a big deal, but I've had the damn things on for five years! That's a third of my life with no lollipops, chewing gum, candy canes or caramels (I love caramels... )! So YAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!!

Well, uh...nothing much to say...attempting to compose a version of Dear Friends that I can play in-game on Mabinogi with a Flute. It's...going pretty well, actually. Finalized the melody last night. Now for the accompanying chords. - -'
Oh yeah, and thanks to the annoying character limit on compositions, I was forced to go with the TV-size version of the song, which is nowhere as awesome. Ah well...I'll just wait until the Composing skill gets to a point where the maximum character limit can include the full song before trying it.

Additionally, I have yet to turn my house inside out looking for my LeafGreen version. Haven't had the time to do so, but I swear I'll manage it sometime before I have to go back to college. There's a lot of stuff I need to do with that game. >>

As they say in my family, "Friday, Friday, stick it in your eye day." There's more to the rhyme, but no part is quite as not nonsensical as that line. The important thing is, school's- out- for... the weekend. If only it was the summer. Next year I get to go to college. That should be both amazing and a pain in the neck. As for now, I'm stuck in Cow Pie High, learning from outdated textbooks, and among peers who seem to think me smart. They can think that all they want for all I care. But I guess there is something to be said for our school, such as efficiency. It only takes half an hour each day to get all of the traffic out because of how they built the school with only one road access, and it took a whole hour yesterday after the bomb threat, after hours of sitting in the bleachers of our stadium in the cold and an hour more for no reason sitting in the gym. I'm glad I abandoned my car and ran home just for the heck of it. You know, I bet not a single of you have read this far. But then again, bacon truly is the best thing since sliced bread. The only thing that could possibly be better than bacon is steak. Well, at least the only food that is possibly better. Then again, I've always been quite impartial to asparagus. Canned asparagus. I don't think I've had real asparagus. Kind of sad.

So yeah, happy "Friday, Friday, eat an apple pie day." And don't go out there and try chasing wild moose with machetes, the moose usually wins.

Now if I could just see some kangaroos go by...blimey that'd be perfect. And bugger, we could always use more perfect days, and kangaroos. Not really sure what kangaroos have ta do with anythin' but it just seems like it'd be cool if there were a bunch of those blokes hoppin' around outside, don't ya agree? It might even be the coolest thing ever! All else would have no choice but to bow before the supreme coolness of the kangaroos! Or maybe not, might just git annoying after a while.
