One thing we did get a lot of yesterday however was rain. I like rain to a degree. As long as there are no thunderstorms that will make mum go "ZOMG TURN THE COMPUTER OFF! UNPLUG IT NOW!" which means astral can't go on the internet...

Yeah, during thunder storms, unless it gets bad, I still hang out on the computer cuz I'm a moron like that. If it does get bad, I take out my DS or go up on the laptop cuz they're not plugged in to the wall, or anything.

Jazz band was fun. I'm 1st/2nd trumpet, which is really exciting for me. Didn't think I'd get to be 1st/2nd in the high school as a freshman. I've really progressed far since 6th grade when I started trumpet...

Hi! If you want to leave your computer on during an electric storm just plug it into a surge protector (like $20-30 and they double as a power strip so you can plus more stuff into a socket). That'll protect your computer from any power surges. If you want to go all the way, you can get one with battery backup so that, if the power dies, the battery will keep your computer running long enough for you to turn it off normally.

Yeah, my mom works in the courthouse, she's the person who types up the transcripts, so she needs to be typing pretty much all the time. She bought one of those battery packs so that during storms she can still be typing. It's pretty handy.

Grrr....I'm sad. This friday, I have a church reatreat where I'm going to help in a soup kitchen, then the next day we're going to Boston to feed the homeless there.
I mean, I'm not upset about doing that or anything, I'm just upset because just yesterday my friend asked me if I wanted to play trumpet with this group that was going caroling to raise money. On top of that, to advertise, tomorrow (during school) they're preforming on a local radio station and I don't get to go because I can't make it friday...

So, All-County band responded. I'm not in (Thank goodness). I shouldn't have entered anyway, I have too much to do already. Still, that means that there were some good bass clarinets playing this year. I wonder who they were.
We had two snowings already. One snowed for a hour and a half class period and melted nearly immediate in the next, and the other was on Saturday.

Hi! It's paper writing day...again. This is the last of the big papers though and whatever's left after it's done should be fairly easy. But this paper's long enough that it could potentially take me a couple days worth of work to finish.

On a more interesting note, I'm taking some time out here and there to sprite the main character for my game project. I'll show you guys once I've got some more poses done.

Heya! Final exam in 2 hours, I'm excited to finally get it over with! I'm flying home tomorrow, and here's the fun part - my mom moved to a bigger apartment, so I get my own room (albeit very small)! I won't just have the couch as my room anymore!
