Cheez, you're right. Though tecnically it's "cold water" (or, more accurately, not hot water).

o-: a optional prefix that serves as an honorific (gives more "honor" to words it's attached to), mostly used with important items and high ranking titles. Common uses include: ocha (tea), ohashi (chopsticks), okane (money), okami (god), ojosama (princess), etc.
