A strong leader must be dedicated, puntual, and have a clear picture of what needs to be done. Being friendly and patient can help as well. The dedication and puntuality are important to ensure that things update regularily and on time. Knowing what needs to be done, ensures that those updates actually update the stuff that needs to be updated. Being friendly and patient falls more under the people skills catagory and helps a leader interact better with the people he's leading. Good grammar isn't bad either, since it always helps if everyone can understand what the leader is saying. If the people of IPA revolted and somehow managed to find my house I'd probably call the police on them. If the police arrived soon enough to pervent them from damaging my house, all the better. If they didn't, I could always fight them off, I'm not a second degree black belt for nothing. Or I suppose I could, you know, talk to them, but that's a lot less exciting. So yeah, I think I'm well equipped to handle any potential uprisings.

Or you'll be disqualified. Once you've all picked your title which I will use for the rest of your life especially if you become my Apprentice, we'll get started on the stuff that actually matters.'
