I passed my ref test! I am now officially a USA hockey ref! *happy dances*
I just have to wait for them to send me my official crest to attach to my ref sweater to make it so that I can officiate games. 25-30 bucks a game! Hurray!
I still have to wait 4 or 5 weeks for my crest, but I'm still excited. I wasn't really worried about passing or not (the test was open-book), but it's still exciting to pass. Got an 88% on the test. :)

What is homecomeing anyway? We don't have it here and the closest thing we have to 'spirit days' are being able to dress up for sports/swimming carnivals (Always fun to see the guys dressad as females...) or wearing Maroon or Blue Jerseys (QLD or NSW) for the State of Origin...

Our school colors are blue 'n' gold.
At football games, the marching band has one one song called "Eat 'em up" which we play (about 10 measures long) and then shout "Eat 'em up! Eat 'em up! Let's go Blue!"
I think there's another, but it's escaping me at the moment.\
Our Marching band uniforms are pretty spiffy. The school just got theme 4 or so years ago, so they're really nice.
Well, off to school I go!

If you really cared...you'd watch it on the net. And technically, Atma was the one who spoiled it. I actually tried not to.

Hi! You know Marley, there are some of us (myself included) who prefer not to watch fansubs or downloads of stuff that's been liscened since that's illegal. I've been watching Code Geass on Cartoon Network too (been using a VCR ever since they switch time slots though). It's not like I don't care about the show enough to download it, I just like to respect copyright laws (my one exception being anything dubbed by 4Kids, since then the English dubs suck so badly).
Sorry I didn't post much yesterday. Lots of homework plus having to walk half an hour each way to school (my car should be fixed either tomorrow or Monday) is kinda killing my free time. Like I said before, should calm down in a week or so (once Yom Kippur is over). I'll make sure I post in everything this Friday night, I know I'll have time then.
