Allright... the comic project I was talking about (in the "Revenge of Son saying "Hi" to Josiah) is called "internet multinovel". It's a comic project me and a few other artists are doing for a slovene magazine. It's a parody on soap operas. We're currently doing the second part (meaning that first series is already over). I'm gonna do my best translating it (and since we're busy with the second part of series, I'll try to post new translations every 2 - 3 days).

This would be really cool if I hadn't... JUST planned to unveil my own soap opera parody like two days before you posted this... Hey, does anyone else remember way back when in the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah topic when I said someone should make a Pebble Version Soap Opera comic/fanfiction/whatever? Yeah, um, I... actually started working on that. Like as soon as I made the post. And now I was just about to post it and Voltaggia goes and...

Well, um, it's certainly not bad, though I can't judge on the first page alone anyway. Good luck with the translation.

Sorry, but I didn't steal your idea. Besides, if your soap opera is PV based, it's in fact different.

Anyway, to speed up the judgement day, here's part 2.

Talk about strange timing, definatley looking forward to seeing your PV Soap Silver.

And Voltaggia, you comic starts out fine but it's really too early for me to give any real opinion. With strips that short, I'll need to see a few more before I can get much of a feel for it.

Episode 3 is here... (yea, I think I screwed up the 2-days update. I'll try to update 2 times each day until I catch up with second series (we update once a week... talk about timing!

). After that, I'll update regulary). And no, there is no racism involved. Unless the typical Soap Opera "bad guys" are racistic.

I wasn't accusing you of stealing the idea... just stealing my thunder. Since we already have a soap opera parody comic, mine is destined to not be quite as big a deal...

Well, anyway, three strips still isn't enough to judge, but it's off to a good start. However... (taking this opportunity to appologize for the joke I am about to make)

I can't believe you made the bad guys black! You Slovenians are so racist! XD

And no, black "bad guys" are not my idea. This comic is not only my (in talked to other artist for permission, though) and we made a short outline of the story at the beginning (I was outvoted... they agreed for the black guys)
