This is my sprite comic Team Gizoid. Don't worry, it's not the only reason I joined this club, but why not advertise when I have the chance?

The concept of the comic is that it takes place 50 years after Sonic Battle. All the characters are reattempts to recreate Emerl. I have recently hit strip 100. Here's the main website:

Well, this looks pretty good and some of the stuff is pretty funny too. My favourite strips from what I've read so far are this one, and this one. Since Sonic is awesome, I'm hoping this webcomic does well!

Sorry it took me so long to comment. Barely had time to get 50 strips read (just finished this morning in fact).

Anyway, I kinda had a feeling you had your own comic considering how you joined the club right after signing up on the forums and this was just about all you posted in... Anyway, that aside...

Sorry but I just didn't like the comic very much, although I do have to say that you obviously pay a bit more attention to spelling and grammar than most small sprite comic creators out there. The graphics are ok most of the time although there's quite a lot of times when it looks like the characters are floating instead of standing on the ground. Although that's probably more the fault of the backgrounds themselves than the character placement.
The idea of a Sonic Battle based comic isn't bad but this just doesn't do it for me. The whole white space, recolored author, etc bit has been done to death and there's way too many strips devoted to it. And then there's the recap. Nothing wrong with recaps in general but do you really need a several strip long recap only thirty something strips into the comic? Just seems unneccessary. I mean, in 50 strips very little happened. Which wouldn't be much of a problem if those 50 strips were funny but I just didn't think they were, sorry.

The thing about that is that I made the first 40 strips in 2 days. I wasn't trying to copy other stuff, I just didn't know how to do it any other way.
