If Sonic is in there, I'd like to see Tails too... he's one of my favourite video game characters. Plus, his final smash would probably involve him kicking ass in his wicked-awesome Cyclone walker, which would be super cool...

On another note, Mario vs Sonic + The Olympics = Dookie.

This game (along with Zelda) is pretty much the reason why I bought a Wii. Even if I had only gotten Super Smash Bros. Brawl, the $250 looks like it was worth it. (Well, $300 if you include the game.)
Sonic, Tails and Knuckles. Maybe not Knuckles, But really, any of the playable characters from Sonic R (or Sonic Racing, whatever the actually name was) would be awesome. Except maybe Robotic Robotnic, it was kinda lame.
