Round 2: Uber-Mart

((Sorry, was waiting to see who was staying on the elevator.))

The elevator door closed but not until after a ton of shoppers had gotten on, squashing the remaining Earth team members against the back wall. "Now traveling to Floor 4. Furniture, appliances, furnishings, household items, and mist household items. The door will open in 15 seconds." Sure enough, the door opened in fifteen seconds and, as people began to pile off, the voice informed them that the elevator would be departing again in two minutes.

Following the signs, Ryan managed to reach the Electronic Game section, which held shelves upon shelves of electronic games of every sort. It was then that he remembered that, according to Kaida's map, regular electronics were on the 6th floor, not the 5th, so this was obviously not the area to be looking for computer upgrades.

((Keep in mind that Gary hasn't actually bought anything yet. You'll need to go get in line at the cashier area when you want to make a purchase.))

After a bit of walking, Gary and his dresses arrived in the men's clothing section. Like the women's section, there were signs poiting to different areas. It was easily the largest collection of men's clothes he had ever seen, yet it was tiny compared to the women's clothing section.

Gary decided to get some burmuda shorts and shirts(straght from the burmuda triangle) and a pink polka-dot tux so he could where one after the round was over. He started heading off to the casher, but decided to go to the children's section instead to see if the portal was there.

[Cheezdude]

"I. STAY!" Jason shouted out, only to find a couple of Aliens looking at him annoyed.

The children's section completely dwarfed the men's, although not as much as the women's section. There were kids clothes of all, yadda, yadda, yadda, yadda, you get the idea. There were a whole lot of kids clothes. Although the portal didn't jump out at Gary (which was to be expected since portals can't jump), one of the little fairy like aliens from one of the other teams did.

She had purple hair and wings, wore what looked a blue track suit, and was about six inches tall. "Hi!" she flew around and around his head, never staying still. "You're on the Earth team aren't you? I'm from Kimeden. My name is Shana. What's yours? Do you like berries? I like berries? What do you think of this store? It's almost like a city isn't it? I could build a whole city on this floor. Where are your team mates? Do you want to explore together? Huh, huh, huh?" she said all that very quickly, sounding like an extremely hyper kid.

[Giga-Gar]

"In order," Gary said, "Yes, I'm Gary, only blueberries and strawberries, it's bigger then a Wal-mart supper center, I dont think it does, I have no idea, and sorry but no. You really need to drink de-caf," he answered and walked toward the cash register.

[Josiah]

The elevator departed, with the Earth Team members still on it once again smashed in the back. "Now Traveling to Floor 5. Toys, Games, and Electronic Games. The door will open in 15 seconds." The door opened and people began to pour off.

"Aw... You're no fun." Shana pouted as she flew after Gary. "Why won't you explore with me? It'd be fun. I'd be a big help. I can fly! See, see? I lost the rest of my team and exploring alone is so boring. Are you buying those? Are the dresses for you? Do you like wearing dresses? I don't, they're a pain when you're flying, you know?"

Meanwhile, Gary successfully returned to the cashier section. There were a lot of lines but each one look about the same length. Unfortunately that length was long. If he wanted to wait, here was going to be there a while. However, he did spot a sign saying Small Purchase Express Lanes and an arrow pointing to the other end of the area. But from his current position he couldn't tell what the lines were like over there.

Ryan looked around the section, but was dissapointed to find only video games here. He saw an overhead map and figured out that he was on the 5th floor, and the section he wanted was on the 6th. He sighed and made his way back to the escalators.

[Giga-Gar]

"Well, Ok, I'll go exploring with your. Go check how long the Express Lane is"

[Josiah]

Ryan made it to the area with the escalators just in time to see the elevator doors open. It looked like some of his team mates were inside.

"Right! You can count on me!" Shana zoomed off. She returned about half a minute later. "The express lanes are over there, just like it says on the sign! There's lots of people but the lines are moving really fast. I guess that's why they're called express lanes. Makes sense doesn't it? So are we going to go over there or would you rather stay here? Do you like waiting in lines? I don't. There was this one time I had to wait in line and the line was nearly trampled by a big animal! But I guess that won't happen here. No big animals anywhere. Guess it's safer that way but not as exciting you know?"

[Cheezdude]

"HEHHEHEHE! YAY! Video games..." Jason started yelling and running around the store. "Oh.. five bucks off..."

[Blastotoise]

"This is my stop." Marley said as he got off. "I wonder what kind of game systems they have here. I got a couple million gubulons or whatever to spend. It would be really boring without any videogames to play"

[Giga-Gar]

"Hmm... I have a better idea" Gary said to the hyper fairy. He then turned the people infront of him and said, in a very smooth voice, "Exuse me, but will you please let me infront of you? I need to be somewhere and I just can't wait." Before he knew it, Gary was 5th in line. "Now, before you ask why I choose to be fith in line and not first is that I want to ask you a few questions. Where is the rest of your team? Is there anything I should not say that would get you mad? What do you think of my suit? Oh, and to answer your question about the dresses, they are for one of my team mates," He said to her politely.

[Doodleshark]

"Troy sighed. He really wanted to look at electronics, but figured it would be better if he stuck with Jason and Marley. "Okay guys, But focus. Remember, we're supposed to be looking for the portal, not goofing around and playing video games."

[Blastotoise]

"HA! Portals are the last thing on my mind right now. Unless you're talking about Valve's Portal. That game is really good. I wonder if they have that game here." He said darting away from the group.

Hmm, elevators are faster, so I guess I can get on them. Ryan began making his way to the elevators, spotting some of his teammates on the way in. "Oh, hello there." He said quietly, and walked off into it.
