Round 3: Super Happy Fun Fun Land

[Josiah]

MICKEY

Mickey's new strategy was a lot more effective than the last one. The zombies weren't very fast. Unfortunately, the group behind her wasn't the only one. More and more zombies appeared from the ruins until she was completely surrounded. With nowhere left to run, Mickey could only watch as the zombies closed in around her... As they reached out to grab her, the ground suddenly gave way, sending her tumbling through an inky blankess. When she could see again, she lying on the floor in a small room with a single door. Opening it, she found herself back at the entrance to the ride.

[Saber Knight]

Words cannot describe the joy and elation Mickey felt after escaping. "FREEEDOM!" she cried, jumping for joy like a mad mad (woman, whatever). After she had finished, she bolted out the door with the intention of heading out of the dreadful swamp.

[Astral Omega]

Cassi was grinning wildly. She was talking... to ALIENS! And this Llazon guy was kinda cu-... She stopped that train of thought. Eek! He’s not even your SPECIES >.<

She greeted everyone with a friendly smile and asked where they were going next.

[Josiah]

MICKEY

Mickey stepped outside and quickly sank back into the slime. While she had been in the ride, a surprisingly large crowd had gathered in the surrounding area. They appeared to be waiting for something. (You can hang around and see what's up if you want. Or, if you want to backtrack to a previously visited part of The Wonderful World of Slime, or leave it entirely, you can do so without incident.)



CASSI

"We're going on the Laser Coaster." Llazon answered. "We figured it would be a good place to hide out for a while. We barely got the emblem out of that big battle on the hilltop. If we ride the coaster once or twice, we should be able to see if anyone is following us."

[Saber Knight]

After a breif internal conflict, Mickey finally raised her arms in the air, shouting "Gah!" as she decided to check out what the crowd was looking at. She knew she'd regret it later, but her stupid curiousity won her over. As always.

[Astral Omega]

"Sounds like a plan," Cassi grinned like an idiot, her heart fluttering at the thought of adventure. Well.. she hoped it was the thought of adventure making her feel so giggly.

[Josiah]

MICKEY

Currently, the crowd was starting expectantly at a large empty area in the center of the clearing. They appeared to have left room for a path back towards the sections of The Wonderful World of Slime that Mickey had previously visited, making it look like they were expecting a parade, or something similiar. Off is the distance, Mickey could just make out a very off noise which was slowly growing closer.



CASSI

"Ok guys," Llazon, who seemed to be the leader of the group, continued, "there's bound to be some enemies near the coaster. Theen, you're holding the emblem so stay low and we'll form around you. I'll take point. Dontaal, rear. Cassi, Zinia, you each take a side. We want a formation that's tight enough to be useful but not so tight that it looks suspicious. Watch your side and if you see anyone from the other team, start shooting and let everyone else know. At all costs, we have to keep Theen from getting shot. If one of us is hit, we'll make our way, as a group, to the recharge station behind the coaster. Last I checked, it was still under our control, but if the other team has it, we'll try and take it with the emblem. Now, form up and let's move."

The others quickly got into position and held their guns at the ready, leaving a space for Cassi on Theen's right.

After her last experience with far off noises, Mickey's first reaction was to hide. She still decided to hang around, though. After all, there was saftey in numbers.

[Astral Omega]

Cassi gladly followed Llazon’s directions. He seemed to know what he was talking about, and she was glad for some sort of guidance. She stepped onto Theen’s right, holding her gun at the ready, but still keeping it relaxed enough to not look like she was guarding.

[Kaida]

"Squeeee" Kaida said as she moved around the store looking at all the glowy things, and looking for clues. Once again she looked up at the roof.

After that she went outside and looked at the other shops. Do any of these actually look like they might have a clue in them, She thought as she looked at the outside of the other shops.

((Sorry it took me so long to post. Can't wait till finals are over...))

MICKEY

Without warning a parade of ghosts, ghouls, and monsters burst out of the trees. They stomped and floated past while dancing to a rather creepy song with words that Mickey couldn't quite make out. Towards the end, Willie Wombat and friends passed by, dressed in spooky costumes. They were tossing some sort of silvery objects into the crowd.



CASSI

Cassi and the others advanced casually. Moving out of the canyon, they entered a large open valley. The entrance to the laser coaster sat in the center but, as they moved towards it, a group of red players spotted them and opened fire.



KAIDA

Once again, Kaida didn't see anything that particularily stuck out as a clue and there was nothing on the ceiling of the shop except a bunch of glowing hanging things. Moving back outside, she took another look at the store fronts but nothing in particular stood out.

"Are you looking for something in particular?" Deke asked her.

[Saber Knight]

Intrigued, Mickey went and snagged one of the silvery objects.

[Kaida]

"I'm looking for clues, I got one before at the Laser Magic show that said 'Remember to look up' but so far it hasn't really helped much." Kaida said as she looked at Deke.

[Giga-Gar]

"I wonder what those silver things are? I better check, they could be clues," Gary muttered to himself, and walked closser to see what they are.

[Astral Omega]

Cassi jumped straight into combat mode and opened fire on the enemy, beng careful to try and dodge any beams that come too close to her.
