Tod kept quiet, observing the sillouettes and their actions. He used his X-ray vision to try and determine if the sillouettes were the figures they seemed to be.

GROUP 1 (Zanther, Sira, Mickey, D.G.)
Sira approached a stand that appeared to sell fruit. Though, with the lack of colors, it was a little hard to tell for sure.
"Good morning." the person in the stand looked and sounded like a human woman. "What can I get you today?"
GROUP 2 (Capperoff, Takeru, Tod, Kako)
"You must be tourists." the portly man Kako stopped respondes. "But to not know where you are," he shakes his head, "did they sell you one of those mystery vacation packages or something? Anyway, this is the Village of Shadows. I'm afraid I don't know your friends, but the village isn't that big so you bound to run into them eventually."
Tod could use his X-ray vision both to look through clothing and skin. As far as he could tell, eveyone was as they seemed, though some were mostly certainly not human.
GROUP 3 (Chris, Eclectric, Kaida, Richard)
Chris walked smack into a wall. Feeling around, he determined that the ally curved to the right. There was the tiniest spot of white light far in that direction.

"Why do I even bother" Kaida said to herself flailing her arms in the air in a sign of hopelessness. She then followed Chris, then stopped as she heard him run into something. "Are you okay Chris?" She asked moving also towards the light.

"Besides you four, no." the man replies. "For a map... I don't know, this is a pretty small place so I've never needed one. Maybe one of the shops in the bazaar or near the center of town, but I'm really not sure."
GROUP 3 (Chris, Eclectric, Kaida, Richard)
The group reached the end of the ally only to find the entrace blocked off. Whatever was blocking it had a few small gaps, through which tiny blinding white light could be seen.

"I know what to do." Eclectric raised his huge hammer and smashed the wall, aiming near the gaps and trying to crush the wall to bits.
"The press can hold its magnifying glass up to our problems, bringing them into focus; or they can use that magnifying glass to light ants on fire, and then perhaps host a week of shows on the sudden flaming ants epidemic."
