Oh, why thank you for giving me my powers back. *casts Quagmire around Marley and Gar, then casts Lightning Bolt on the former* Because of Double Casting, you protect against only the first one. *uses Decrease Agility on Marley* Fwahaha...You're at a fourth of your normal speed now. *bombards with Lightning Bolt*
