((And for the record, the second evolution comes at 15 wins. Which... doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but that's what Opal said. That's also when they're supposed to learn their next attack... which makes even LESS sense, because Pokemon usually learn like five attacks before they evolve again. I'll have to mess with the attack pattern. And stop talking to myself. ))
