:-[{}] I can't believe you guys! Forgetting all about Horsea?! What kind of geeks are you? Horsea was one of my favorites back in the days of Red, Blue, and Yellow...

But to answer your question, no you don't start off with an IPA Ball; also, you... definitely shouldn't do the Gym Battle first. You're not ready yet.

It's strange, I can remember most of the Pokemon, but not the state capitals. My mind works in weird ways.

My favorite was Dragonair, I almost actually stopped mine from evolving.

Would you alert me when the Finniolu's good for catching? If yes, thanks in advance.

Finniolu used Endure!
