RAGH I think I answer these things but I always forget to hit the post button! This is what happens when you multitask with a zillion tabs open! I even missed the fact I hadn't posted it and went and posted some of my characters... derp.

Eh, characters in this RP sometimes have a habit of going spacey for a bit... whatever you want to do :P

So, just looked at the RP.... and I'm surprised that with Marina dead, the group seems relatively calm about it compared to the bombshell Saber dropped.

Good point. And I think it's obvious why my character doesn't care. As for the others, I'm willing to chalk it up to shock. This whole ordeal has been a bit much for the saber knights.

I don't know about the others (well, except for Poik's character, since Poik already explained and all), but if I had to make an excuse, I would say that Vegier's already used to death in his world, considering how many fights break out. He may be awkward (and probably even a bit of a coward?), but that doesn't mean he's not used to the concept of death.

And while I haven't responded to the story of Eskay's origins yet because of my writer's block, I can also say that something like that would be a bigger shock to Vegier. As of this point, he's still trying to keep up with the whole Saber Knight idea, so hardly anything Epifanio and Taygete have said makes sense to him. He'd have to dwell more on what they've revealed over a comrade's death.
In addition, from his point of view, Marina's...well, dead. He can't really do anything about it.

From an OOC standpoint, you kind of sprang Marina's death on us without warning. It was kind of hard for me to think of anything to respond to that. Also, as a RPer, I also like to focus more on what's going on in the RP and move on with it.

I know, I know, the death was out of no where, but, I didn't want her to just vanish from the RP like others in it who stopped posting, I was also planning on killing a character on another forum, and I wasn't sure if I could pull it off, so... I used Marina as a test for it. I guess I should have warned you of my plans before that huh?
