"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

"This is the wrong thread for this but I might as well answer. To fight Omega Shenron you have to be on at least your second playthrough of Goku's DU. Get to the Buu saga then to the point where Buu abosrbs Gohan. Now, ignore the red dot on the map and go to the area near Baba's. Look around until you find an area that has Hercule. After that scene fly back to the area with the red dot and look for a nearby area for a scene with Tien. Now go south a bit and find another area to talk with Supreme Kai. When you're finished go to the red dot and do the fights with Super Buu. After defeating him Vegeta will tell you to go investigate a new threat. First search the islands. One has a scene where Goku gets his SSJ4 capsule (required for Omega Shenron to appear). Now go to the red dot and beat Broly. After that go watch the scene where Gotenks challenges you to a battle but don't fight him yet. First go to West City and talk to Bulma. Then beat Gotenks. If you did everything right a new red dot will appear. Go there to fight Omega Shenron."
