Well, assuming here that Zodiac is an entity in Makai kingdom, it would win, since the sword, without a wielder, just sits there and is rather ineffective.

Buggy wins this hands down. While Kuro may have lightning fast, catlike reflexes. He doesn't have the power of the chop-chop fruit. Buggy allows himself to be torn asunder until Kuro tires out, then takes him out with his hand flying in and impaling Kuro in the back.

Probably the dead battery. Even if the dead goldfish somehow manages to win the fight, it would just be sued for assault of battery anyway.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.
