My vote goes to Silver. If you've read an earlier post of mine from the Week of Randomness, it's clear he changed his avatar to two Santa imposters. Clearly if you look on the face of them you would see the guilt and greed behind it, masking their master's true intentions. Remember How the Grinch Stole Christmas? Many, if not, all Santa imposters are evil, and there's no doubt that Silver would want to ruin Christmas for all, and commit a violent act the week before. If he's not the Mafia then nobody else is.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hum...Poison and Metal do make some good arguments. Think I'll change mine to Silver as well. The wrapping up a poor soul in a present with a Santa avatar sounds like something Silver would do.

Who would want to ruin such a merry time with such a gruesome act? And who would want poor Pikachu picked off?
Perhaps Poison? The pioneer pointer. Why else would she be so prompt to procure a prediction.
No, perhaps Neo, the next nark to notify us of his... *Pfft* Nark! New favorite word. Nark, nark, nark. Oh... I was doing something.
Or Metal, whose meta manufactured... Nark. Oh screw alliteration. Metal was quick to point fingers as well. Could he be hiding something?
But it was obviously Josiah!... Oh right. Narrators are always the killers, but never the mafia.
Don't forget Silver, whose defensive retaliation isn't fooling anyone!
Or perhaps Saber, whose post was clearly manufactured to sound like something she would say as a not mafia, to avoid bringing attention to herself.

The townspeople decided that Neo was the mafia. As punishment for ruining Christmas, they shot him with a concentrated ray of Christmas spirit, causing his heart to grow three sizes...which gave him a heart attack, and he died. Remarkably enough, there were no more murders and everyone lived happily ever after...until the next game.
