People talking on their cellphones. Especially if they're from another country. Then I can't hear the movie AND have to listen to a language I don't understand.

Nails on a chalkboard, because while you can easily shove a clarinet down somebody's throat, it is much more difficult to shove a chalkboard under somebody's fingernails.

Annoying hip hop.I don't listen to it, But people play it loud enough for it to be heard when car windows are up, so I listen to country instead.

HENTAI. Anime makes the world go round. But having just come from an anime convention... it's rather annoying to have to shield your eyes from unexpected hentai.
