Well, school has started. I broke in my bike by riding the length of campus. As of typing this, I've done it three times and will be doing it again when I go back to my room (I should stop being so distracted in lectures, but it's first day. Only syllabus stuff). I like how it gets me where I want faster, but it also makes me just as tired as if I'd walked the whole way. Plus there's the harrowing "OMG MUST DODGE PEDESTRIANS" thing...lotsa people walking around... ;_;

Hey.

Today, I had to wake up at 5:30 to leave at 6:00 for a 4-5 hour reffing seminar about an hour and 45 minutes away, then afterwards I (where I means my mom) had to drive about 20 minutes to a hockey rink for an hour ice session. There wasn't enough time for lunch in between. Now, even normally, that'd be kinda annoying. But, I had to do all of this with a nasty cold. Yaaaay......... >.<

Yeah.... I took some medicine to take away the headache, but still I was sneezing and sniffling and coughing... now, skating around and coughing is NOT a fun combinaton. 1. Physical activity and a cold... not fun. 2. It hurts extra bad when you cough and it's really cold, something I learned last year when I was forced to ref with a 101 degree fever.

Good news, I survived. Was the only girl there.... well, only girl student. There was one female instructor... but, yeah, otherwise, just me and a bunch of guys.... nothing new there.

Bleh... but now I feel like crap. Just lying down.... I don't have the energy to get back up. And I'm freezing, which only happens when I'm rather sick. Probably have a fever. Uuuugh... not how I wanted to spend my long weekend

I. Hate. Fire alarms! Freakin' two alarms pulled last night and another one got pulled just now...and of course each time we have to stand outside for a good 40 minutes while we wait for the fire truck to get here and turn the alarm off. That's after we squeeze through a crowded staircase with a loud, screeching alarm going off right above us of course. If it goes off again I'm going to snap.

On the plus side, me being up this late has me playing more Dissidia. Inner Chaos is insane though, got to the last boss only to find that you have to kill him three times...and if you die you start off at his first life. Not cool.

Hi! Inward Chaos is nasty if you don't have max equipment. Here's some tips for Chaos.
1. Learn to dodge, block, and counter his attacks (not too hard once you know how, but it takes practice). He'll probablybreak you, so at least make sure you an avoid his HP attacks.
2. Use some 100% breakable accessories (they'll last all three rounds) for extra brave and 100% EX guage.
3. Use your EX guage to break free if you're caught in a HP attack.
4. Breaking Chaos is tough unless you can get lucky and hit him at just the righ time so get your base brave as high as you can and try and wall rush him a lot to up the damage you can do with each attack.
5. Use a summon that will give you a massive brave boost (Magic Pot, Gilgamesh, etc) and then save it in an attemt to one shot Chaos's third form.

My computer problems are mostly taken care of (rant comming momentarily) but sunset today through sunset tomorrow is Yom Kippur and I won't be able to get online at all then. Hate to miss the first part of RP Week, but I'll tr and make up for it afterwards.

I have a new job! Yay! Hopefully it all goes well. I'm still working as an apprentice, hopefully this doesn't set me back in my apprenticeship too much though. I've already lost about 6 months...

And Robby starts his new Job tomorrow too. He has finished his apprenticeship, which is something, I've still got at least 1 year to go. It could take up to 2 years till I finish.

H! Well, Yom Kippur is finished and my computer is back to the way it should be. Just need to get caught up on a few things today and I'll be good. I'll catch up on RPs and various other forum stuff either later today or tomorrow and then try to spend some serious time in the RPs.

Today we went on a rafting trip and saw the Water Treatment Plant in Calgary. It was fun.

I'm feeling just the same Eskay. The best part is to get excused on account of sickness, I have to walk the width of my campus to the health center, in the cold wind, up hill both ways... Actually, the up hill both ways is the drill field.

First HOME football game tomorrow. Whoo. Kinda cold outside now.... yay, fall time! I love the fall... the only downer I can think of is no swimming, but I'm kinda sick of that, and it's also too cold out to run around in the rain, which is too bad . But... soon comes winter with it's GLORIOUS snow!

I looove snow.

Oh, and Maggie: A Girl of the Streets by Stephen Crane is an awful book. Anyone here read it? Have to read it for English/SS... luckily, it's a short story (like 88 pages long), so I don't have to deal with it too long... finishing it tonight. Most everyone has an obnoxious accent that is usually tricky, especially when they use annoying slang that makes no sense. Whee... and the main character's life SUCKS. Sooooo much fun to read about THAT [/sarcasm].

You know I forgot how much feet can hurt when you haven't been working for 5 weeks. Well working as in Standing up the whole time your at work and lots of walking up and down stairs and over hills to get to and from work. Feet... Much... Pain... Back to but I'm used to that by now.
