Hi! Gee, with everyone getting sick maybe I should just give out Morinda Supreme as the KoTF prizes, since it can help precent colds and all.

Anyway, I'm off to Barnes & Noble to get a bunch of books (new Pendragon prequels + new Naruto manga + last couple of Dune books + more manga). Sure is nice to have spending money again...not that it's going to last long after a month and a half of being broke.

At least you don't have to set up 185 science project over the next 2 days, during Spiritual emphasis week. I'm hating Science fair as much as Saber hated the calender project, maybe more so.

Happy Daylight Savings! The day when clocks move forward, we lose an hour of sleep, and we're disoriented becuase it's darker earlier. I do not accknowlage Day Light Savings time this year, so I just pretend everyone's doing everything earlier. So this means I have to get up at 4:30 my time(5:30 your time) so I have enough time to get ready for school. Woo.

Well, we (the marching band) marched in the St. Patrick's Day parade today (seems a bit early for that...). The parade wasn't in our town, though, but in a town bordering ours. The parade was....long. It started off fun, but then I just started to get bored and tired. By the end, holding my trumpet was exhausting, I can't imagine holding a mellophone or tuba, or playing the drums, especially the guy that was keeping us in step when we weren't playing a song.

Harry Potter weekend was this weekend on ABC :). Went and recorded Harry Potter 1-4. Love those movies, really need to buy 'em....

I used to hate science fairs back when they made everyone do something for it in elementary school, I'm definitely not good at building stuff or research so my stand always looked like crap. I remember being in the Rememberance Day parade when I was back in Cadets, I felt happy doing stuff for the Legion members, but you have to stand perfectly still for about two hours while everyone does their little speeches. By the end you just want to lie down and not get up for a week! Wow, this is a very reminiscent post.

Hi! Don't get me started on the Harry Potter movies. Long story short, the books are a million times better.

I...totally forgot what I was about to say. Don't you hate it when that happens? Oh well, I'd better go get started on my hamantaschen. I'm doing Japanese style this year so green tea + takesumi (the black Japan stuff) dough with either azuki (red bean paste) filling or sweet Japanese yam paste filling.

I don't think they're quite that much better, but I do agree that the books are much better. I still love the movies though.

Well....yesterday the weather was really nice. It was above 50 degrees F, and tons of the snow melted. Yesterday, I heard two different weather reports: It'll snow tomorrow (which is now today), or above 40 degrees all week. It snowed. A lot. The snow really began after school started. All day, everyone was glancing out the window, watching the snow fall like crazy, all hoping for an early release.

Well, we got one. Half hour early.

Because of that, I had to get a ride with someone else (I don't take the bus, I live too close to the skool). My friend's older sister offered, 'cos I'm on the way home. Well, her car happened to be in the lot that's about a quarter mile walk from the school. About that distance, anyways, maybe more maybe less. I'm just guessing. Well, we get there covered in snow, and we take all of the snow off of the car....to find that it's dead. Some guy offers to jump start her car since she said she already had the cables, so it was all good after a few minutes. Finally, she got me home about 15 mins before I normally would have gotten home. Eh. It was an adventure.

Hi! I really hate the HP movies. I could give you a whole lot of reasons but then this would turn into a big long rant and I've got other things I'd rather do right now.

Happy Purim! If you didn't know, it's the holiday that celebrates the events in the book of Ester. Typical activities include reading the book of Ester (while making lots of noise every time Haman is mentioned), eating hamantaschen (triangular cookies with some sort of stuffing), dressing in costumes (to please little kids who can't celebrate Halloween, I think), and getting drunk (probably to please the parents of those kids). I'm just gonna do the first two.

Geez I've become a total lurker.
Got only two hours of sleep last night 'cause of an essay that was due today. I would've pulled an all-nighter, but made the mistake of trying to work on my bed and fell asleep sometime after 6 AM.
Speaking of dad's birthdays, mine had his last week. I sent him a late birthday present of sorts by e-mailing him a link to Mabinogi's online composer, instructing him to copy and paste long strings of gibberish into the boxes (which I also e-mailed him), and then hit play. It was the short version of a song he taught me to play on the guitar (Dona Dona, Donna Donna, Dana Dana, whatever it's called). He actually liked it, which kind of surprised me, since it's such a random present. oo
Ahem, so after lecture (which is where I'm posting this from), I'll probably nap until dinner time. So tired...
