It's weird. I have this nagging feeling in the back of my mind that Uncle Sam wants me to join the IPA game...and is a pidgeot.

It's my mom's birthday! I just made her a "Happy Birthday to You" arrangement on Wii Music because my original birthday present is in my dad's truck, and he's out of town for the time being. So, for anyone wondering how old she is now, she just turned 29... in mom years. :-P

*ish jumping up and down happily*

I JUST GOT THE MOST AWESOME LETTER IN THE MAIL!

Okay, okay. Y'know how I said I'm a hockey reff, though I haven't been assigned any games yet? Well, I just was! I got a letter in the mail assigning me 6 games (though 2 I couldn't make, which I quickly replied by email to tell him). It's three (well, only two since I can't make two games) sets of two games in a row. One, sadly starts at 6, but at least I get it out of the way. That's like 50-60 bucks by 8:30 AM! WHOOOOOOO!

*resumes happy-dancing*

Has anyone hear heard of the Exegesis? It's the diary of a very famous schizophrenic sci-fi writer named Philip K Dick. He wrote in it almost nightly for nearly a decade! His final page count? Over 8000 pages. Over eight thousand pages! It's all philosophical and religious questions and random thoughts he would get throughout the day. Except he was a strange one, he was convinced that the world was actually the dream of a man from the first century AD and that the world was controlled by an entity called VALIS (Vast Active Living Intelligence System). I want a copy of the Exegesis so badly...oh, and school is keeping my pleasantly busy, calculus test tomorrow!

Also, I keep noticing little things telling people to join IPA...I'm still planning on getting to it, but I'm a wee bit busy to try and remember all the rules and whatnot.

I'm selling my GBA SP to someone in my class for a nice $40. $-)

Err, on a less money-thirsty note, I hate Teenage Riot. the songs okay, but playing through the 80's setlist and finding out I can't 5-Star it on Hard kinda sucks. It's too fast to down-strum, but to slow to alt-strum. >> Also, I lost a friends because another one of her guy friends is a jerk and wants her to himself. So, he spreads rumors about me, which is not fun, unless it's the Fleetwood Mac album.

Err, *hides*

Hi! Sorry about the forum downtime earlier, my hosts were moving everything to a new server and it took some time for them to get everything changed over.

Heso! So I'm assuming I'm not the only one who couldn't get on teh forums yesterday... and that left me with nothig better to do with my life than listen to the Wicked soundtrack while reaing through the entire freaking Dr. Horrible Wild Mass Guessing Page.

Josiah, please don't ever let the forums go down again.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hi! Unfortunately, there's usually nothing I can do about it if the forums go down. However, I could always suggest other ways for you to spend your time on such occasions, Silver. Such as, editing that book I sent you, for instance. :-P

You know how I said I was going to talk with my neighbor downstairs and figure out a time when I could play DDR without bothering him? Well, turns he works a night shift so he sleeps all day...which I could still deal with except that he lives with his girlfriend who works a regular job and sleeps at night. -.- However, they're moving out in early March. But then I'd just have to deal with whoever moves in after them so, to avoid that, I'm gonna take their apartment when they move out. As much as I hate moving, it's right downstairs, and it's the exact same type of apartment. I just have to spend half a day switching my mailing addresses, arranging things with the utility companies, and the like and then a day moving stuff down, and pay a $150 dollar transfer fee. A pain in the neck but, assuming I'm here for the rest of the year (which I will be unless I get some great job offer before then), worth it so I can play DDR whenever I want. I didn't ask for that $300 Cobalt Flux pad for my birthday so I could sit there and stare at it. Just a month and a half to go...

Excuse Astral while Astral runs around in circles, and squees. She walked around the store, hugging the case and squeeing yesteday... people must have though she was nuts.

The case? The Case for what? Well, only...

SUPER SMASH BROTHERS BRAWL!

Unfortunately the Wii is in a room where the TV is pretty much always on so it's hard to get on the Wii without disturbing otheres, the wii is also shared with 5 other people (count them, 5!) and three of them are so quick to whine "no faaair" in annoying younger sibling voices if you play when it's not "your turn" or if you go even one millisecond over 1hr at a time.

So it would be cool to play, but timing would be the only issue.

But at least I have the game now^^ wooooot

Y-yeah, I could have been doing that, but I... Uh... Ok, I've got no excuse except this one. But it's a pretty valid excuse, if you ask me!

Also, aura: Wicked the Musical >>> Wicked the book. Seriously.
