"Pidgeot, you know what to do. Go Gyarados!" Silver said as he released Gyarados from its Pokeball. Pidgeot used Sky Attack to knock the Metagross right into its trainer and Gyarados tried to help the trainers out of the hole.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

unfortuanly the attack was not powerful enough and the next thing the trainers saw was pidgoet thrown past them by metagross

*With gyrados's help, Josiah and the others managed to scramble out of the hole.*
"I'll hold off his psychic powers." *Sabrina's eyes were flashing.* "You trainers take care of his pok?mon."
"Amber!" *Shauni called to her injured pok?mon.* "Fire blast!"
*At the same time Josiah yelled out his own instructions.* "Combusken flame thrower! Sandslash, magnitude!"
*Sabrina and Kain had their eyes locked, all attention on their silent battle. Without Kain to give it instructions, metagross wasn't holding up well.*

The two fire attacks hit metragross and it collapesed

Shauniran over to him. She pushed him as hard as she could and he fell over
Kain looked up at his sister from the floor. Shauni was bleeding very badly from her head and arms, but tears followed faster fom her eyes
"I dont have a brother...." she said coldly
Suddnely shauni thew something at Kain, it was the black balls she had been carrying "I dont need cheap tricks like you. I will be a master allown"
With that Kain dispappred into a teleport move that his metragross managed to pull of with the last of its strengh

"We'd better get to a Pok?mon Center." *Pokchu suggested and the others nodded their agreement and started walking, except for Sabrina who had already disapeared.*
"You ok?" *Josiah turned to Shauni. She was bleeding a lot.*
"I'll be fine." *She smiled weakly.*
"So," *he continued,* "now that you don't have the evil psycho guy controlling you do you want to travel with us for a while? I think we still have some gym battles to finish up with Misty."
*Shauni though about it for a long minute then looked up, ready to answer.*

Pidgeot hadn't taken any damage, it was just knocked out of the way so it couldn't attack. Once Silver made sure of that he walked over to the others when he heard the words 'gym battles' and 'Misty'

"Wait, guys, where's Felix?" The looked down the Gyrados and noticed he wasn't there. "Ah, there he is. but why is he still in Saffaron? I'll be right back". Pokchu slid off Gyrados. "Go Travis!" he said while sliding sown Gyrados. He landed on his Flygon and started heading back to Saffaron. "Go to where Felix is!" Travis flew through the air, over where Felix and someone else were. "Huh? Who's that?" Pokchu thought looking down. He saw Felix having a poke'mon battle, but who was that? "Travis, land behind that building". Pokchu than ran intro the alley-way near where the battle was taking place, and watched from the shadows.
