"Wendy and Wally, you guys fight the ones with the Bulbasaur and the Wynaut. Winifred and Wendell can fight the girl that just walked in and the guy that hasn't said anything. Me and Wilma will take on the other two."

"So what's YOUR name?" Silver asked, noticing that all the others started with W.

"Frank."

"...Well that was unexpected. Uh, go on, Twister!" The Pidgey, who was still waiting on Silver's shoulder, flew onto the battlefield after their opponents released a Corphish and a Tentacool. Glenn and Stevenson found themselves fighting a Poliwag and a Psyduck, and up against Neo and Rhianna were Marril and a Surskit.

"Alright. Let's get this praty started. Go, Mudkip!" She sent out her own water pokemon.
"Use tackle!"

"Hah! Corphis, use harden!" Frank ordered.

Mudkip his the Corphis, only to hit a hard(er?) shell.

"This should take long at all." *Glenn surveyed his opponents.* "Bulbasaur, let's start out with a vine whip on that polywag!" *A vine shot and and struck the tadpole pok?mon, sending it tumbling across the floor.*

"Oh no! What are we going to do?!? He's got the power of grass!!!"

"Psyduck, use tail whip!" shouted a trainer.
"Aha! Bubbles, use encore!"
Bubbles clapped it's....uh.....feet, I guess, making the psyduck unable to use any more attacks.
"Curses! Now I can't attack you!"

"Time to end this." *With the polywag defeated, Glenn was ready to launch another attack.* "Bulbasaur, vine whip the psyduck!" *It only took one hit to defeat the psyduck and end the battle.* "Wow, having the type advantage rules!"

"Dodge and use tackle again!" Opal ordered as Mudkip dodged the poison sting and tackled the Corphis."

"Gah! Return Corphis!" The angry pre trainer person returned his pokemon.

"Looks like it's up to me. Tentacool, use another poison sting!"

"Let's get rid of that Tentacool now! Use Gust, Twister!"

After Twister's Gust attack and another Tackle from Opal's Mudkip, the Tentacool went down, which left only Neo and Rhianna still battling.

((Mandi, if you want to controll Neo until the end of the battle since he's gone off to become an 00ber airplane man, go ahead; if not, you can just... say they won.))

"Finally..." Rhianna sighed after the second Pokemon had fainted. "Sorry to keep you guys waiting." She smiled sheepishly. "Um...shall we go on?"

"Indeed. So, uh, let's challenge the gym leader I suppose. If that's alright wiht you, that is." said Stevenson timidly. He felt no need to rush things.

((Well, Neo's going to stick around until after the gym battle, then he's gonna go off on his own. As for the gym battle itself... I guess we can just... say he won.))

"Right. To the next floor! Or if we want to get into the aquatic mood here... DIVE! DIVE! DIVE!" Silver shouted, heading for the stairs after his Pidgey had jumped back on his shoulder.

The layout of the lower floor was similar to the one above it - a path through the aquarium thing with the gym leader waiting at the end. However, this floor gave off the appearance of the ocean floor, with Pokemon such as Clamperl and Chinchou swimming around the aquarium type thing that surrounded anyone who made it that far. Which was most everyone that challenged the gym. The gym trainers weren't exactly very strong. It was also dark down there because the floor where the gym trainers waited was blocking most of the light from passing through the water.
