Here we can post the titles of books that are so bad we're forced read them.

Next summer I will be forced to read The Scarlett Letter and from what heard about it, it's one step lower from the book from the Evil Dead movies.

I read that for school a long time ago. I found it pretty boring, but that's just cause of my taste in book so I wouldn't say it's bad. For the genre and style it's fairly good.

Oh, Nathaniel Hawthorn. Americans say stuff about his book being a good read and you need a great intelect to understand. Honestly, I don't like it, and other people pretend to so they look smart. I like books by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle.

Books of Evil....Hmmm..OH!

Romeo and Juliet, unedited. ITS IN YE OLDE ENGLISH! Not like "The time is nigh!" more like.
"On the forefinger of an alderman,
Drawn with a team of little atomi
Athwart men’s noses as they lie asleep."
Oh and keep in mind, WE WERE IN THE 3rd GRADE! I could understand it, but it sucked.

Out of the Dust. *shudder*
I just.....well hated that book. Stupid school, making me have to read that torture.

Really? I've got some friends in Utah who have to read that over this summer. They're still not done, and it's short apparently.

The Catcher in the Rye. I really don't like that book. It's too boring and the kid swears to much. Not to mention that he was so deppressed that even I started to get deppressed.
