Chansey or Kangaskhan?

Post by Celebifly »

I wanted a Tauros, but he seems impossible to find (only saw him once in the safari) so instead I was able to catch a Chansey and a Kangaskhan. So basically I'm asking, which one should I raise?

Other guys on my team; Charizard, Butterfree, and a Dugtrio. soon getting a Lapras.

Hm... I'd have to go with Kangaskhan. It has good Attack and Speed stats (It's Defense and Sp Defense aren't too bad either) and a large movepool. Chansey has lots of HP and Sp Defense, but no Attack or Defense to speak of. It's Sp Attack is better, but barely.

Bottom line: Go with Kangaskhan.

Hard saying. Both are good depending on how you train them. Chansey with Serine Grace (sp) is good with moves that have a high status chance that are special. Counter will pick up a suprise KO if it survives the hit.

Kangaskhan has a good move pool with plenty of good elemental physical attacks at it's finger tips. Some have to be breed but hey. If it can learn Sub and Focus Punch it's a good combo to pull off.

I prefer Chansey/Blissey myself. DEF is horrible but with so much HP Counter, Mirror Coat, and any attack that deals backlash damage are really useful.

My signature site. Because ripping off Silver's ideas is fun.
